Anna Kasolik, an attorney

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (2006), as well as post-graduate studies in the field of copyright and publishing press in Intellectual Property Law Institute of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków , studies in the field of tax law at the University of Economics in Krakow and also postgraduate studies in medical law and bioethics carried out by the Jagiellonian University. As a student she worked at the Jagiellonian University Legal Clinic. She participated in a half-yearly the scholarship program at the Law Faculty of the University in Avignon. After she completed Legal Aplication and passed the bar exam, she was included on the list of attorneys in Krakow.

Co-author of, among others,’ Methodology for the preparation of economic agreements’ (Published by LexisNexis 2013) as well as ‘Methodology for drafting of the pleadings in the welds civil, criminal, economic and administrative (Published by LaxusNexus 2013). A member of the Legal Committee of the Polish Society of Printing Research. She lectures on civil procedural law at the Law Faculty of the Krakow Academy of A.F.Modrzewski.

It the Law Office she deals with civil cases including family, economic, copyright and unfair competition law, including criminal law. Moreover, specializes in legal aid on the liability for damages arising from medical errors. Responsible for Francophone customer service.

Gabriela Pawlus, attorney
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (2006) as well as post-graduate studies in the field of copyright and publishing press in Intellectual Property Law Institute of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She completed Law Application, and after passing the bar exam was included on the list of attorneys in Krakow. In the Law Office she deals with matters economic, civil, family law, bankruptcy and reorganization, as well as criminal law. Moreover, she specializes in legal aid on the liability for damages arising from traffic accidents. Responsible for the English-speaking customer service.

Barbara Porzuczek, solicitor
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University in Krakow. After she completed Legal Application application, and after passing the legal counsel exam, she was included on the list of legal advisers of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow in 1999.
She has extensive experience in the service of economic operators. Since 2000 she runs individual Law Office. She is a qualified mediator from the list of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. She currently teaches labor law at the School of Economics and Computer Science in Krakow. She led numerous training courses in labor law, as well as in the field of privatization of business for the Ministry of Privatization, Housing Enterprises, The National Committee of the ‘Solidarity’ Trade Union, Institute of Company Law. She has many publications in the field of labor law, she is a co-author of the publication ‘Exemptions from work, the right of employees, collective labor disputes.’(1991) and the book ‘The powers of municipalities-counties’. She cooperated in the creation of a training manual for the creation and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements (within the PHARE Fund). In the years 1991- 2006 she published articles in the ‘Weekly Malopolska’,’ Review of the Education’, ‘The Federal informant in negotiations, collective bargaining, labor law, ownership transformations, mobbing’. She was a member of the supervisory board of the joint stock company Krakow Betting Tanning (2000, 2001). Vice-President of the supervisory board of the joint stock company Ta, ów Power Plant (1999, 2002) and since 2006.she has been in the board of the joint stock company Open-pit Mine of raw road in Rudawa Resources.
In the office deals with matters related to labor law, social security, as well as in the field of commercial and civil law, and construction.
